“My name is Deanne and I’ve been scheduling remotely since November of 2021 and bringing phone scheduling services to you completely off-grid in Arizona! I’ve worked in a lot of industries before but I didn’t know anything about scheduling for animals. Now that I’ve been scheduling pets for a few years at Twin Tails, we have made remote scheduling seamless for our customers. We are proud to offer this position and it has provided incredible value to our clients having someone who is available to answer the phone in a quiet space and take the time with each pet parent to understand their needs. Sometimes I’m referred to as the “eye in the sky” since I can see things from a different viewpoint. I truly enjoy working with our Pet Parents on the phone and getting them scheduled with a Stylist that I know is a great fit for their pet. Twin Tails and AZ Pet Grooming Academy has been a great place to work and truly the interactions with our Pet Parents is what I cherish most.
